How can I end my request?
If you no longer require the desired treatment, end your order in the ‘My orders’ area. To do this, navigate to ‘Options’ for the relevant order. Then select ‘End order’. If the ‘Options’ area is not displayed, please click on the order title as an alternative. A function to end your order will then be displayed.
Your order is then no longer online and is marked as completed. Once you have found a suitable doctor, hospital or agency, it is important to end your order. You can then rate our service later.

This gives you control over which providers have access to your personal information.
